By accessing or using Flejet (accessible at https://flejet.in), including our website, dashboard, and browser extensions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Flejet is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-assisted content drafting, scheduling, analytics, and engagement tools for social networks such as X (formerly Twitter) and LinkedIn. Flejet is an independent tool and is not endorsed or certified by X Corp or LinkedIn Corporation.

3. User Accounts & Google Authentication

To access most features, you must register for an account using email or Google OAuth authentication. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Flejet responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and social media platform terms of service. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

• Generate or distribute unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, or harmful content.
• Violate the terms or developer rules of X (Twitter), LinkedIn, or Google.
• Use automation to spam, artificially manipulate metrics, or engage in abusive platform behavior.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the security of Flejet infrastructure.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Flejet offers both free and paid recurring subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via our payment partner (Dodo Payments). You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, draft, or schedule through Flejet. Flejet retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in our software, interface, design, trademarks, and algorithms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Flejet is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flejet and its creators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
